🛠️ What You Can Do in the App
Scaffold Alarms (Scaff Tab)
- View Systems: See all scaffold alarm systems with hire status, customer info, and invoice details
- Filter Systems: Filter by On Hire, Off Hire, or view all systems
- Add New System: Click "Add Scaff System" to register a new scaffold alarm
- Edit System: Click the ✏️ button to update system details including:
- Company/Customer Name (who hired it)
- Site Location (friendly name like "Royal Close")
- Full address, postcode, and contact details
- Extra sensors, ARC settings, and hire dates
- Change Hire Status: Click "Change" to put systems on hire or take them off hire
- View History: Click 📋 to see complete rental history including all invoices and changes
- Mark Invoice Sent: Click the green "📄 Sent" button to:
- Record invoice sent date
- Add ServiceM8 invoice number
- Automatically calculate 4-week invoice amount
- Set next invoice due date (28 days later)
Maintenance (Maint Tab)
- View Customers: See all customers with their alarm systems
- Add Customer: Register new customers with contact details
- Edit Customer: Update customer information
- Delete Customer: Remove customers (only if they have no active systems)
- View Systems: Expand customer rows to see all their alarm systems
NSI Tab
- Manage Customers: Similar to Maint tab with customer management
- Track NSI Systems: View and manage NSI-certified alarm systems
Logs Tab
- Voice Command History: See all voice commands you've used
- Track Actions: Review what the voice assistant did
- Clear Logs: Remove old log entries
💡 Quick Tips
- Invoice Tracking: Systems show "Due in X days" or "Overdue by X days" for easy tracking
- Weekly Costs: £10/week base + £2/week per extra sensor
- 4-Week Billing: Invoices are automatically calculated for 4-week periods
- Color Coding: On-hire systems are green, off-hire are gray
- Statistics: The top of the Scaff page shows total active systems, weekly/monthly revenue, and overdue count
- Mobile Friendly: All features work on phone and tablet
